Riding on steep ice face that is covered with few thin snow spines. Samuel Anthamatten likes it and so does the russian magazine Vertikalny. Thanks for both making this front cover possible. Location is good old Zermatt.

Oh boy it was windy today. Besides that it is always nice be part of the Freerideworldtour.com finals in Verbier. Maybe you guys have better idea how the riding was today as I was taking photos at the start gate and couldn’t see the actual runs. I will watch them this week as I heard there was some pretty epic lines to be done today. Thanks for everyone. Party hard tonight. My journey continues to Italy tomorrow morning. More updates soon…

One of my favorite shots from last season. Charlie Lyons flying through the windstorm. Thanks to Powder, Huippu and Downdays (photo) for publishing the shot.

About five years ago I was honoured to meet two very talented young skiers: Tom Wallisch and Henrik Harlaut. It was a mini road trip to Stockholm and Helsinki with Field production crew. It was my first time to follow a big urban ski shoot. The level that Tom and Henrik were already 2008 was amazing, and most important these guys were such a hard workers. Really good memories. Thank Field Productions to invite me on that trip.

TWS Photo Annual 2014 is out. I didn’t manage to score the front cover in third time in row but I am really excited about this full page shot of Xavier DLR. It doesn’t have to be a bluebird, knee deep powder day to get the shot.

The Biggest gig I have ever done. Mission Antarctica with Xavier De Le Rue, Lucas De Bari, Timeline and Camp 4. So stoked to see the results in the mags. Here is one of my favourites: Whitelines UK cover. Well deserved mr De Le Rue. It was a mind blowing trip. Never will forget
